Surya, who resides in Melaranoor, Karamana, has dedicated himself to the art of pencil portraiture since 2017. With the unwavering support of his parents, Santhosh Kumar and Selvi, Surya has spent countless hours perfecting his craft. His most recent work, a lifelike portrait of Prithviraj inspired by the actor’s role in ‘Aadu Jeevitham,’ showcased his remarkable talent and captivated audiences far and wide.
VlogHD coverage brought his work to the attention of many, including Surya’s father’s company owner. In a fortuitous turn of events, the company owner’s son, who is a classmate of Prithviraj, shared the news with the actor-director himself.
Moved by Surya’s skill and dedication, Prithviraj invited the young artist to meet him at the Vazhuthacaud Government Guest House in Thiruvananthapuram. Surya had the unforgettable opportunity to present his portrait to Prithviraj, who praised him for his exceptional work and dedication to his craft.
