Priyadarshan’s ‘Corona Papers’ to be released digitally in May
Priyadarshan’s film ‘Corona Papers,’ starring Shane Nigam, was released in theatres on Thursday (Apr 6). ‘Corona Papers,’ an investigative thriller, is doing well in theatres, and audiences are impressed by Priyadarshan’s attempt to branch out into a new genre.
The digital streaming rights to ‘Corona Papers’ have reportedly been purchased by a major OTT platform. According to reports, the film will be available for streaming on demand beginning in May. Because the film was only released yesterday, an official announcement will have to wait.
Priydarshan’s directorial also did well at the box office. On the first day of its release, the film reportedly earned around Rs. 7.5 lakh. ‘Corona Papers,’ though inspired by the 2017 Tamil film ‘8 Thottakal,’ directed by Sri Ganesh, provided the audience with a unique experience.
Shine Some key roles will be played by Tom Chacko, Sidhique, Gayathrie Shankar, and Jean Paul Lal. Sandhya Shetty, Maniyanpilla Raju, Vijilesh, PP Kunhikrishnan, and Hannah Reji Koshy play supporting roles in the film.
