“K Madhavan re-elected as President of Indian broadcasting and digital foundation (IBDF)”
K Madhavan, who serves as the President and Country Manager for The Walt Disney Company India and Star India, has been re-elected as the President of the Indian Broadcasting and Digital Foundation (IBDF). This re-election occurred following the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Delhi. The IBDF is the apex organization representing television broadcasters and digital streaming platforms in India. During the event, Madhavan also mentioned that despite various geopolitical challenges, including the Middle East crisis, the Israel-Hamas war, and economic fluctuations, the Indian economy and the media and entertainment industry have maintained consistent performance.
